Combustion Wire Flame
This technique melts a metallic wire using a fuel-based flame, then atomizes it with compressed air into a fine spray. It uses the thermal energy of combusted gases to generate heat, directing molten particles onto the surface being coated.

Powder Flame Spray
Similar in principle to wire flame spray, this process uses powdered materials instead of wire. The powder is melted or softened in the oxy-fuel flame, then propelled to the target surface by expanding gas and air streams.

Wire Arc Spray
In this electric arc technique, two wires are energized to create an arc that melts their tips. A stream of air then atomizes the molten material, forming a coating. Wire feeding is controlled by an electric or pneumatic motor.

Atmospheric Plasma Spray (APS)
This method utilizes extremely high temperatures — up to 15,000 °C — generated by a plasma arc in an inert gas environment. It allows for coatings with superior adhesion and material versatility, using gases like argon or argon-hydrogen blends.
