Safety Wears
- Metallizing Helmet
A lightweight and comfortable helmet offering excellent visibility. It is supplied with air from a separate source, which must be filtered using a Helmet Air Conditioner. - Air Breather
Installed between the compressed air supply and the operator’s helmet, this unit contains activated charcoal to remove oil traces from the air, ensuring clean air is delivered to the helmet. - Helmet Air Conditioner
Receives filtered air from the breather unit and conditions it before it’s supplied to the helmet. It includes a regulator knob allowing the operator to adjust the air temperature. This unit is self-powered and requires no external electricity. - Ear Muffs
Comfortable and lightweight, these must be worn by the operator and nearby personnel to protect against noise generated during the thermal spray process. - Protective Glasses
Designed for comfort and clear vision, these should be worn by the operator and those in proximity to the spray area for eye protection. - Operator Safety Mask
Ensures a constant supply of clean breathing air, meeting current standards for air quality in the workplace. - Hand Gloves
Made from anti-static rubber, these gloves shield the operator’s hands from flying abrasives and potential static charges.
Hose Kit
Includes hoses that connect the oxygen and fuel gas cylinders to the gas flow meter and then to the spray gun.

Extension Nozzles
For spraying inside deep bores or recessed areas, various extension nozzles are available. These nozzles provide access to hard-to-reach depths, and can be fitted with either straight or deflector air caps to direct the spray precisely where needed.

Wire Control Unit
The Wire Reel Stand with integrated Straightener is designed for efficient wire dispensing in flame spray operations. It can accommodate both spooled and loose coiled wires. The built-in wire straightener ensures smooth wire feeding.
A Trolley version with Reel Stand is also available, allowing for easy mobility of the entire setup within the workshop. Note: Flow meters shown in illustrations are for reference only and are not included with the trolley.
