Versatile and suitable for both ferrous and non-ferrous wires in sizes 15G, 11G, 1/8”, and 3/16”, the 12M model is tailored for thermal wire spraying using combustion flame techniques. Out of the box, it’s configured for 1/8″ wires using acetylene, but with additional components, it can handle wires from 3/16” to 20G. Its feed rate ranges from 1.5 to 45 feet per minute depending on gear configuration, accommodating both precision jobs and highspeed large-area spraying. Ideal for fixed, mobile, or handheld use, the system is also cartmountable for field applications.
