12M WIRE FLAME SPRAY GUN

12M Wire Flame Spray Gun is suitable for all types of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Coating of wires of sizes 15G, 11G, 1/8” (3.17mm) 3/16” (4.76mm)

The Metal Coat 12M Wire Flame Spray Gun is a versatile handgun designed for combustion flame spray coating with thermal spray wires. The standard gun is set up to spray 1/8-inch wire using acetylene as the fuel gas. For other sizes, suitable hardware is available for handling all standard wire sizes ranging from 3/16” down to 20 gauges. The 12 M Wire Flame Spray Gun operates at a controlled speed in the range of about 1.5 feet (457mm) of wire per minute (with standard gears) to almost 45 feet (13,716 mm) per minute (with the special, easily installable, high-speed gear set). The high-speed gear set is for continuous high-speed spraying of the lower melting point metals such as Babbitt, Tin, and Zinc. The gun is ideal for hand-held, fixed, or mobile applications. The entire system (except the compressor) can be mounted on a cart for mobile applications and field repair work.

Application for Wire Flame Spray Gun
