Power Source with Control Console

MODEL 100 DC

The control console operates in two modes: pneumatic and electrically driven, both supplying metallizing wire to the spray nozzle. In pneumatic mode, the spray gun is handheld and pulls wire to atomize it. In electric mode, the Wire Arc Spray Gun (DC Drive) connects to an electric motor pulling wire into the spray system. For use on a Lathe Tool post or robotic setup, the Air Drive Wire Arc Spray Gun is preferred for manual operation because of its light weight. The system is fully mobile with trolley wheels to ease movement as needed. The control panel includes an inbuilt high-velocity air feature to increase particle speed for improved deposition, bond strength, and finer spray quality.

Features

  • The system can switch over between electric driven and pneumatic motor driven spray gun (just by a selector switch).
  • The control panel inbuilt with power source is tilt-able, thus causing easy repairing and maintenance when needed.
  • The system is a diode based with no complex electronic circuit involved. Rugged design perfectly suits for continuous production work.
  • The system is available in 250, 400, 600 Amp. capacities.
  • In 600 Amp. the Control Console is detachable and movable from Power Source.
  • Fitted with moisture separator for dry and clean air.
