Safety Wears
- Metallizing Helmet: Lightweight and comfortable, offering clear visibility. Operates using a separate air supply that must be filtered through the Helmet Air Conditioner.
- Air Breather: Positioned between the compressed air source and the operator’s helmet. It contains activated charcoal that filters out oil traces, ensuring clean air is delivered to the helmet.
- Helmet Air Conditioner: Receives air from the breather, regulates its temperature via an adjustable knob, and delivers it to the helmet. It functions independently and doesn’t require external power.
- Ear Muff: Lightweight and comfortable. Essential for the operator and nearby personnel to shield against noise generated during the thermal spray process.
- Protective Glasses: Lightweight with clear vision. Must be worn by the operator and others near the spraying area for eye protection.
- Operator Safety Mask: Guarantees consistently clean breathing air and meets legal standards for air quality in the workplace.
- Hand Gloves: Made of rubber with anti-static features. They protect the operator’s hands from abrasive particles and static electricity during spraying.
Air Control Unit
Includes an air regulator equipped with a pressure gauge and a dual-stage air filter to control and purify the compressed air supplied to the spray gun.

Vibrator
The 5PVM Vibrator is offered in single-phase 220V AC or 110V AC and is designed for use with fine or non-free-flowing powders.
Air Jet Assembly
The 2PSA Air Jet Assembly, compatible with the 5P-II gun, is ideal when extra workpiece cooling or more compact, durable coatings are needed. It delivers high-velocity air into the spray stream, with adjustable cooling tubes that can be directed at any part of the stream or the workpiece itself.
