DRY SPRAY BOOTH FOR LPG CYLINDER
Purpose
For zinc metallizing of external surfaces of LPG cylinders sized approximately 305mm diameter by 620mm length minimum, up to 350mm diameter by 730mm length maximum.
Production Output
700 to 800 cylinders per shift with arc spray gun.
Brief Working
Cylinders are manually placed on a twin roller conveyor that moves longitudinally and rotates inside the dry spray booth. The conveyor is motor-driven. Operators spray zinc using wire flame or arc spray guns (air or DC drive) with power source. Dust and fumes are extracted by an exhaust fan attached to a fabric dust collector. Coarse dust is captured in a cyclone, and fine dust collects in a fabric bag filter, maintaining a clean and environmentally friendly workspace.
